Class meets for 2.5 hours

All tools and all materials are provided

Level: Beginner and above

  • No experience necessary

Make a personalized set of stackable rings as you get better acquainted with metalsmithing and jewelry-making techniques. Students of all levels will learn to cut, size, saw, form, and finish their own rings and leave with something great to wear or give as a handmade gift.

Expert tips on materials, techniques, and torch handling will be your guide during this evening workshop.

No Prerequisite.

All material and tools are included. Students will leave with their own set of sterling silver and brass rings.

SKILLS + TOOLS

Wire forming and manipulation

Sawing with jeweler’s saw

Ring sizing and measurements

Silver soldering with acetylene torch

Polishing and texturing

Adjusting sizes
